Garden pea salad with spring onion
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: cabbage lettuce, olive oil, white wine vinegar, mustard, vegetable stock (of 2 tablets), garden peas (extra fine (450 g, frozen)), spring onions (3 pieces) and in rings).

Remove the stalk from the lettuce, remove the leaves and tear the large leaves through.

Put the lettuce leaves in a bowl.

Make a vinaigrette of the oil, vinegar and mustard.

Season with salt and pepper.

Bring the broth to the boil.

Add the peas and cook for 3 minutes until al dente.

Drain and stir in the vinaigrette.

Mix the warm garden peas with the lettuce and sprinkle with the spring onions..
