Garden pea soup with serrano ham
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, garlic, traditional olive oil and deep-frozen garden peas.

Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a large pan, fry the onion for 4 minutes. Then fry the garlic for 2 minutes.

Add the cour-gette, cook for another 1 min.

Pour in the stock, bring to the boil. Cook over medium heat about 10 min.

Bake in 5 min. The ham crispy in a frying pan with non-stick coating.

Put the garden peas with the soup, boil for about 4 minutes. Puree the soup with the hand blender or in the food processor.

Slice the leaves of fresh mint. Add the fresh mint, season with salt and pepper. Divide the soup over 4 bowls.

Add 1 tbsp cream and 1 slice of ham per bowl.
