Open lasagna with pesto ricotta
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: ricotta (cheese, 250 g), fresh green pesto (100 g), green lasagne sheets, basil oil (bottle of 80 ml) and grated Grana Padano (cheese).

Let Ricotta and pesto come to room temperature.

Bring water with salt to the boil in two large (snacks).

Place lasagne sheets one by one and cook in 8-10 minutes until al dente.

Intermediate stirring to prevent sheets from sticking together.

Remove lasagne sheets with skimmer from pan and spread out on work surface.

In bowl of pesto, ricotta and 1-2 tbs of pastake coke water mix into sauce.

Put half of the lasagne sheets on four preheated plates.
-
Distribute sauce.
-
Cover with remaining lasagne sheets.

Drizzle herb oil and sprinkle with grated cheese..
