Divide the lamb's lettuce or arugula over 4 plates. Roast the pine nuts in a dry hot frying pan.

Halve the melon, remove the seeds, peel the fruit and divide it into slices or cubes. Mix the ingredients for the dressing.

Put the melon and ham on the lettuce. Divide the pine nuts and cherry tomatoes. Garnish with leaves of basil and drizzle the dressing.
