Garlic butter with chives and lemon
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: fresh chives (finely chopped), garlic (squeezed), butter (unsalted, at room temperature), lemon (scrubbed), coarse sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

With a fork in a bowl, chives the chives and garlic through the butter.

Grate the yellow lemon zest off the butter, add salt and pepper to taste and stir in the butter again.

Put the butter on a piece of plastic wrap and form a part of it.

Let the butter stiffen in the refrigerator for at least 30-45 minutes.

Remove the plastic film and cut the butter roll into thick slices..
