Garlic chicken fillet with stir-fried white cabbage


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken breast, onion, garlic, olive oil, paprika, white cabbage (about 750 g), tomatoes and potatoes (steam broth (a 425 g)).

Directions

  1. Cut chicken horizontally into 3 slices.
  2. Lay chicken fillets between plastic wrap and flatten them with a large flat knife or rolling pin.
  3. Peel and chop onion and garlic.
  4. Mix half the oil with garlic, 1 1/2 tbsp paprika powder and some salt and pepper.
  5. Mix chicken fillets with oil mixture.
  6. Clean white coal and cut into thin strips.
  7. Cut tomatoes into wedges.
  8. Prepare potatoes according to instructions on microwave packaging.
  9. Chicken fillets in hot grill pan alternately cooked in approx.
  10. 6 minutes.
  11. Rest oil in wok heating, in this onion and coals for 8 minutes, bake regularly.
  12. Add tomatoes and rest of paprika powder, fry for 1 min.
  13. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  14. Spread chicken breast, potatoes and cabbages over 4 plates..
