A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, garlic, olive oil, saffron, almond shavings (pouch), chicken broth (from tablet) and parsley (finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Fry the garlic on low heat in oil in a soup pan.
  2. Soak the saffron in a tablespoon of water and roast the almonds in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
  3. Pour the broth and saffron into the garlic and cook gently for 10 minutes.
  4. Season the soup with (freshly ground) pepper and garnish the soup with the roasted almonds and parsley..
