Gazpacho (cold vegetable soup)
A tasty Spanish recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: white bread, beef tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, garlic, olive oil, sherry (medium), vinegar and salt.
Remove crusts from bread, cut into pieces and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of water.
Let the bread soak for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cross in tomatoes, soak for a few seconds in boiling water, rinse under cold water, skim, remove seeds and cut flesh into pieces.
Peel cucumber, remove seeds and cut flesh into pieces.
Pepper, clean and cut into pieces.
In tomato machine, puree tomato, cucumber, pepper and garlic.
Add soaked bread and add a dash of water for a dash of oil.
Soup above bowl through sieve and add 1 1/2 dl of water.
Season with vinegar, sherry and salt.
Allow the soup to cool down and let it cool in a refrigerator in about 1 hour.
Create a cold gazpacho in four plates and add 1 or 2 ice cubes to each plate..
