Heat the oil in a soup pan and gently fry the lemongrass and ginger until they start to smell.

Pour 1 liter of boiling water and add the bouillon tablets.

Allow the stock to draw for 10 minutes at medium height. Season with fish sauce.

Add the spring onion and turn off the heat source. Pour the hot broth into bowls and cut a little chervil.
