Gazpacho with lime
A tasty Spanish recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: cucumber (peeled), yellow peppers (cut into pieces), tomato sauce (tomato frito, a 350 g), garlic (peeled), olive oil and lime (squeezed out).

Cut the cucumber into pieces and put in a blender.

Add the pepper with tomato frito to the cucumber.

Add the garlic and olive oil and puree.

Season with salt and pepper and the lime juice.

Leave to cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour..
