Directions

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the sausage in 20 min. Brown and done. Times regularly.
  2. Cut the bell pepper into strips and the onion in half rings.
  3. Mix the cabbage with the paprika, onion, caraway seed, vinegar and 4 tbsp oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Divide the sausage and salad over 4 plates. Serve with the bread.
