A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: giant beans (400 g), onion, garlic, oil, tomato cubes (net 400 g), paprika powder, salt, cayenne pepper, mint (or dill) and shoarma breads.

Directions

  1. In colander, rinse beans with cold water and let them drain.
  2. Peel and chop onion and garlic.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan and gently fry onion and garlic for about 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the tomato cubes with liquid, paprika, salt and cayenne pepper and heat for approx.
  5. 5-10 minutes until thick sauce is formed.
  6. Beans by sauce and heat up.
  7. Season the herbs and stir.
  8. Roast pita bread and cut into quarters.
  9. Heat beans warm or lukewarm in pita..
