Mix the flour, lukewarm water, soy sauce, sugar, oil and yeast and knead to a smooth dough. Mix in the ginger.

The dough should be slightly moist, but should not stick to your hands. Add some extra flour when the dough feels too wet or some water when the dough is too dry.

After kneading let the dough rise for at least half an hour in a warm place.

Then knead it and shape it into a sphere. Let the dough rise again (45 minutes). Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.

Bake the bread in the middle of the oven in about 45 minutes.

Put the unpeeled cloves of garlic in the oven during baking.

You can check whether the bread is cooked by tapping on it: when it sounds hollow, the bread is cooked.

The garlic is now puffed. Remove the skin from the garlic and mix the soft garlic with the butter.
