Cut the pointed cabbage into coarse pieces.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length, remove the seeds with a sharp knife and cut it finely.

Heat the oil in the stir-fry stir-fry the cabbage and pepper for 4-5 minutes until the boil is al dente.
