Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the carrot and parsnip in about 10 minutes light brown and al dente.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger and fry for a few more minutes.
  3. Let the honey and butter melt through the vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
  4. Tasty with roasted meat.
