Leek salad with smoked chicken


A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: poultry, potatoes (500 g), leeks (in rings), green apple (eg Granny Smith), smoked chicken fillet and honey-mustard dressing (bottle 270 ml).

Directions

  1. Cook the potatoes with peel for about 15 minutes until done, allow to cool slightly and cut into slices of cm.
  2. Bring water with salt to the boil. Cut the bottom of the leek, cut it lengthwise, rinse under running water and cut into rings. Cook for 3 minutes and rinse with cold water.
  3. Cut the apple into 4 parts and remove the core. Cut the apple and the chicken into thin slices.
  4. Mix the potato with the leek, the apple and the dressing. Season with pepper. Spoon the salad into a bowl and spread the chicken over it.
