Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
-
Chop the chocolate into small pieces, and the walnuts coarsely.
-
Hang a bowl with the chocolate in a slightly larger pan with boiling water. Let the pieces melt (au bain-marie). Allow to cool for 3 minutes.
-
Meanwhile, beat the butter, sugar and salt with the mixer. Add the eggs one by one and beat for 1 more minute.
-
Finely chop the ginger.
-
Stir the chocolate and 2 tbsp ginger syrup from the jar for 16 pieces through the butter mixture. Fold in the flour, ginger and walnuts.
-
Grease the baking tin and spoon in the batter. Place in the middle of the oven and bake the brownies in approx. 35 min. Until done.
-
Allow to cool in the baking tin in 1 hour.
-
Melt the rest of the chocolate au bain-marie and pour in a thin stream zigzagging over the brownies. Let it harden and cut into pieces.
