Ice cream with gingerbread cream and hot cherries
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: cherry-free kernel (350 g), potato starch, whipped cream, vanilla sugar, gingerbread biscuits and ice cream.

Bring cherries to the boil with liquid.

Stir potato starch with 1 tablespoon of water and stir in cherry juice until it binds moisture.

Moisture for approx.

1 minute, then remove from heat.

Whipped cream with vanilla sugar.

Crumble the speculaas and create whipped cream.

Divide ice into four plates.

Create warm cherries next to it.

Garnish with gingerbread cream..
