Exotic fruit sorbet


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: orange-strawberry juice ((fresh à 500 ml), sugar, Passoa (slijter), papaya, passion fruit and carambola.

Directions

  1. Bring strawberry orange juice and sugar to the boil in a pan and simmer for about 5 minutes. Pass Passoa through and allow to cool. Peel the papaya, cut it in half, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into cubes. Blend papaya and juice in food processor. Mix in the freezer, cover with plastic wrap and freeze in freezer in approx. 2 to 4 hours. Blend mixture thoroughly for 1/2 hour with fork to prevent crystal formation.
  2. Take ice from frozen. Wash and halve passion fruits. Carambola washing and cutting narrow ends. Cut left into 4 nice slices. Place stars in the middle of four boards. Protrusion ring to put star and ice. Remove ring. Place half passion fruit on it.
