Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Cut the cauliflower into small florets and grind them in two parts together with the cashew nuts and Parmesan cheese in the food processor until they are finely crumbled.

Put the mixture in a large bowl. Make a well in the middle and break the eggs above it. Add the oregano. Knead to dough by hand.

Spread the cauliflower dough in an oval shape over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Make sure that the bottom is at least ½ cm thick.

Fry the bottom firmly and golden brown in the oven for about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut onions and peppers into thin rings. Cut the mozzarella into slices.

Brush the bottom with the pesto and fill the pizza with onion, paprika and mozzarella. Divide the olives over it.

Fry the pizza in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with the basil.
