Gnocchi (potato-griesballs)
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: (floury cooking) potatoes, salt, flour, semolina, egg, grated Parmesan cheese, pepper, nutmeg and (olive) oil.

Peel potatoes, wash and cut into equal pieces.

Stir flour, semolina, egg and half of cheese with puree.

Season the puree with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
