A delicious indonesian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: potatoes, salt, corn kernels, sereh powder, red pepper, egg, flour, pepper and oil.

Directions

  1. Peel and wash potatoes, halve large ones.
  2. Potatoes boil for about 20 minutes with little water and pinch of salt.
  3. Meanwhile, let coli drain well in colander.
  4. Halve red pepper, remove seed strips and cut into cubes.
  5. Drain potatoes and let them wash out (do not rinse!).
  6. Rub potatoes with pestle or fork.
  7. Dividing egg, protein is not used.
  8. Mix corn kernels, lemongrass, pepper, egg yolk, flour and potatoes.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Make about 12 balls of dough, press balls into flat biscuits.
  11. Heat oil in frying pan and bake golden brown on both sides in about 5 minutes..
