Italian broccoli cooked in wine, garlic and shallots with almond shavings.

Directions

  1. Divide the broccoli into florets, cut the garlic into thin slices and the shallots in rings.
  2. Boil the broccoli for 4 minutes and drain. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the almonds in 2 min. Golden brown.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic and shallot on low heat 3 min.
  4. Raise the heat and add the broccoli and wine. Cook for 1 min.
  5. Change regularly. Season with pepper and salt. Sprinkle with the almond shavings and serve.
