Directions

  1. Roast the pine nuts in a frying pan without oil or butter in 3 min. Golden brown. Let cool on a plate.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a stir frying pan the bacon strips 3 min. Remove from the wok. Cut the garlic into slices and bake for 20 seconds. in the wok.
  3. Add the wild spinach in parts. Let shrinking all the time. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Put in a bowl and sprinkle with the pine nuts and bacon.
