Clean the potatoes and cook them in a pan with plenty of water with salt in almost 15 minutes. Drain in a colander and cool.

Brush the potatoes around with the olive oil and wrap each potato in a piece of aluminum foil.

Place the potatoes on the hot barbecue and cook them in 25 minutes. Cut the potato in length and serve with paprika-fetasaus, as in the picture.
