Directions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package in 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Meanwhile, remove the edamame beans from the pods.
  3. Slice the garlic. Peel the ginger and cut well. Cut the onion into thin half rings.
  4. Heat the oil in a wok. Stir fry the chicken steaks 3 min.
  5. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 min.
  6. Add the onion, carrot julienne and edamame and cook for 3 minutes.
  7. Add the noodles and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Season with the soy sauce.
