Stewed string beans with tomato
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), string beans (stalks and tips removed and beans in slanted pieces of about 1/2 cm), tomato cubes (400 g), black olives ((240 g), drained ) and dried Italian herbs.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet.

Fry the garlic for 2 minutes.

Add the haricot beans and cook for 3 minutes.

Add the tomato cubes, olives and Italian herbs.

Leave to simmer for 10 minutes with the lid on the pan.

Season with salt and pepper..
