Gnocchi with broccoli, ham and cream sauce

Bring plenty of water to the boil in two pans.

In the meantime cut the broccoli florets from the stalk.

Peel the stalk with a peeler and slice the stalk into slices.

Put the gnocchi in a pan with boiling water.

Cook the gnocchi for four minutes until they float up.

In the meantime, cook the broccoli florets and slices in the other pan in four minutes.

Chop the onion.

Cut the ham into strips.

Heat the olive oil in a stirring fruit the glaze gently.
