Thai salmon with vegetable oil
Fast Thai recipe for vegetable chemistry with salmon.

Heat in stir-frying rice oil and fry the vegetable mix on high heat for 4-5 min. Cut the salmon into thick slices and brush with the curry paste.

Spoon the noodles through the vegetables and warm well. Add a splash of water if necessary. Heat the rest of the rice oil in a frying pan and fry the salmon slices, just done in 1-2 minutes. Turn halfway.

Season the vegetable oil with soy sauce and curry paste and transfer to a deep plate. Put the salmon on top and sprinkle with seroendeng.
