Spicy seasoned yellow rice with sausages and wok vegetables.

Cut the parsley coarsely. Cut the onion finely and cut the tomatoes into pieces.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion and wok vegetable for 4 minutes. Spoon the tomato through and cook for 4 minutes on a high heat.

In the meantime, heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages in 5 min. Until golden brown and done.

Let the peppers drain. Spoon the rice through the vegetables and heat for another 3 minutes. Scoop the peppers through.

Serve the rice with the chipolata sausages. Sprinkle with the parsley.
