Spicy rice with sausages


Spicy seasoned yellow rice with sausages and wok vegetables.

Directions

  1. Cut the parsley coarsely. Cut the onion finely and cut the tomatoes into pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion and wok vegetable for 4 minutes. Spoon the tomato through and cook for 4 minutes on a high heat.
  3. In the meantime, heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages in 5 min. Until golden brown and done.
  4. Let the peppers drain. Spoon the rice through the vegetables and heat for another 3 minutes. Scoop the peppers through.
  5. Serve the rice with the chipolata sausages. Sprinkle with the parsley.
