Steak the boeuf with baked potato and green beans
Fried steak tartar with Provençal potatoes, peppers and green beans.
Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the potatoes in 15 min. Over medium heat. Change regularly.
In the meantime, remove the stalks and seeds from the peppers and cut the flesh into strips.
Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans.
Put the peppers and green beans in a pan and add the sugar, oregano and possibly salt. Pour in the water and bring to the boil.
Place the lid on the pan and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. Stir occasionally.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the steaks the boeuf in 6-8 min. Rosé. Turn halfway.
Spoon the to and the rest of the oil through the green beans. Serve the stewed vegetables with the potato wedges and the steaks the boeuf.
