Gnocchi with mushroom cream sauce and broccoli
Gnocchi with mushroom cream sauce, broccoli, onion and chives.

Chop the onion and cut the mushrooms into pieces. Heat half the oil in a wok or frying pan.

Fry the onion for 1 min., Then add the mushrooms. Bake 2-3 min. Remove the mixture from the pan.

Cook the broccoli florets in 6-8 minutes until done. Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi in a large pan of boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain.

Heat the rest of the oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the gnocchi around brown. Heat the cream cheese in a wok or frying pan.

Add the mushroom-onion mixture the last minute. Serve the mushroom cream sauce with the gnocchi and broccoli florets.

Cut the chives finely and sprinkle over the sauce.
