Gnocchi with sausage and italian flakes
Baked gnocchi, or an Italian pasta dish, with bratwurst, chicory, romagna, arugula, caraway seed and Italian flakes (cheese chips).

Heat the oil in the frying pan with non-stick coating and cook the sausage for 12 min. On medium heat around brown and cooked.

Add the gnocchi after 2 minutes and bake. Change regularly.

Meanwhile, cut the bottom of the stalk chicory and cut the chicory in half. Remove the hard core and cut into pieces.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicory and caraway seeds for 5 min. On medium heat. Change regularly.

Season with pepper and salt.

Meanwhile, halve the tomatoes. Spoon the gnocchi, tomatoes, arugula and Italian flakes through the chicory. Divide over a scale.

Cut the sausages diagonally in half. Divide them over the gnocchi and sprinkle with the rest of the flakes.
