Gnocchi with tuna and sauce of puffed tomato

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.

Grease the oven dish. Put the tomatoes in the baking dish and drizzle with the oil. Pof approx. 15 min. In the middle of the oven.

Meanwhile, cut the shallots. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the shallot with the paprika powder for 5 min. Put the tomatoes in a high bowl.

Puree with the hand blender until sauce. Season with pepper and salt.

Cook the gnocchi in water with salt according to the instructions on the package.

Drain the tuna pieces. Put the tomato sauce in the frying pan and add the tuna pieces. Warm through well.

Drain the gnocchi and mix through the sauce. Divide over deep signs. Tear the leaves of basil into pieces and sprinkle over the gnocchi.
