Gnocchi with walnuts, chicory and basil
Grilled peppers, nuts, chicory and herbs with gnocchi.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in 2 frying pans and bake half of the gnocchi in each pan for 10 min on medium heat. Change regularly.

Meanwhile, cut the bottom of the stalk chicory and cut the chicory in half. Remove the hard core and cut the leaves into strips.

Chop the walnuts coarsely.

Spread the chicory over the pans for the last 3 minutes and bake with the gnocchi.

Meanwhile, let the peppers drain and mash them with the hand blender until smooth.

Spread the pepper sauce over the pans and scoop through the gnocchi.

Season with pepper and salt. Sprinkle with the walnuts.

Tear the basil into pieces and sprinkle over the gnocchi.
