Directions

Heat a dash of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onions.

Squeeze the garlic cloves over the pan and cook for half a minute.

Add the mince and fry it.

Then add the tomato paste and a tablespoon of thyme into the pan and let the sauce simmer for fifteen minutes.

Then add the tomato cubes and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Put a large spoon of pancake batter in a bowl and stir in the spinach and Italian herbs.

Put a dash of sunflower oil in a pan, let the pan get hot and pour in the seasoned batter.

Sprinkle the top directly with the grated cheese.

Turn the pancake over and let it slide on a plate.

Spread half of the pancake with lasagne sauce and close it.

Serve with a salad of arugula and sundried to.
