Tagliatelle carbonara with chicken and green beans
Quick pasta dish with tagliatelle, green beans, onions, chicken breast, oregano and carbonara sauce.

Boil the tagliatelle in a generous pan of water in 7 minutes (al dente).

Remove the stalk of the green beans, leave the tip and boil the beans for the last 5 min.

Meanwhile, cut the onions. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion for 2 minutes on medium heat.

Add the chicken breast strips and dried oregano and cook for 3 minutes. Add the carbonara (sauce) and warm for 3 minutes (do not boil).

Drain the pasta and green beans and mix with the sauce. Season with pepper and salt.
