Casserole with chicken, leek and sweet potato

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into slices of ½ cm.

Cook the sweet potatoes for 5 minutes in a large pan of water with salt. Drain and let cool.

Meanwhile, cut the onions in rings and the garlic finely. Halve the leeks in length, wash them and cut them into ½ cm half rings.

Slice the parsley. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, remove the skin from the chicken sausages.

Add the garlic and chicken meat to the onion and fry in 5 minutes. Add the leeks and cook for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile prepare the mix for casserole according to the directions on the package with the cooking cream, water and egg. Mix in half of the parsley.

Spoon the rest of the parsley through the chicken mixture. Divide the mixture over the baking dish.

Cover with the potato slices and pour the mix for casserole over it.

Bake the dish in the middle of the oven for 45 minutes. Cover the dish loosely with aluminum foil if the dish threatens to get too dark.
