Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. Wrap the potatoes with the bacon and fry in the oven for 25 minutes until tender and golden brown.
  3. Heat the milk with the thyme and simmer for about 5 minutes at a low setting.
  4. Mix the cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of water. Add the cream cheese, goat cheese and cornflour to the pan and stir until the fondue is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Take the potatoes out of the oven and possibly bind chives as 'gift wraps' around them.
  6. Pour the fondue into a warm fondue pan and serve with the potatoes, tomatoes and carrots.
