Cod burger and spicy beans
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, multigrain rice (275 g), green beans, red peppers, olive oil, garlic (pressed), paprika, tomato cubes (400 g) and cod burgers (breaded (a 2 pieces)).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, remove the stalk of the green beans and boil for 6 minutes. Drain, rinse cold under running water and keep separate.

Cut the stalk of the red peppers. Halve the peppers lengthways and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Slice the flesh finely. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a stir frying pan pepper, garlic and paprika powder 1 min. Add the tomatoes and green beans and cook for 8 min. On medium heat. Scoop occasionally.

Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers over medium heat in 8 min. Until golden brown and done. Times regularly. Serve with the rice and beans.
