Sausage on the spit
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, cocktail sausages (canned), smoked bacon (short slices pre-packaged), dried Provençal herbs, egg, breadcrumbs, mature cheese (diced bag of 200 grams) and butter or margarine.

Let the cocktail sausages drain and pat dry with kitchen paper. Spread the slices of bacon on a cutting board and sprinkle Provençal herbs over the slices.

Break the egg into a deep plate and knock it loose. Put the breadcrumbs in another deep plate. Remove all pieces of cheese through the egg and then through the breadcrumbs. Make sure that all sides are well covered.

Roll each sausage into a slice of bacon. Stick 4 sausages and 3 cubes of cheese to each skewer. Do them alternately. Start with a sausage.

Put the butter in a frying pan. Place the pan on medium heat and fry the skewers in about 4 minutes, turning them occasionally. That goes handy with a meat tong. Serve a lot of fries with it! .
