Goat cheese grape salad
Rucola salad with red grapes, goat cheese and honey, sprinkled with pine nuts.

Preheat the oven grill.

Roast the walnuts in a frying pan without oil or butter in 3 min. Golden brown. Let cool on a plate.

Whisk the oil, vinegar, mustard and honey into a vinaigrette with a whisk. Season with pepper and salt.

Cut the onion into thin rings. Mix the vinaigrette with the grapes, lettuce and onion.

Place the goat's cheese on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and drizzle with the oil.

Slide the baking sheet 8 cm under the grill. Let it become soft and light brown in about 4 minutes.

Divide the salad over the plates and put 3 slices of goat's cheese on each plate. Pour the honey over it and sprinkle with the walnuts.
