Goat cheese pizzette with garden peas
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: pizza dough with tomato sauce, frozen garden peas and arugula.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Roll out the pizza dough on the baking tray. Spread the dough with the tomato sauce from the packaging and spread the onion rings over it. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven in 15-20 minutes until golden brown and done.

In the meantime, thaw the garden peas in a sieve under running hot water (instead of cooking them), so that they stay nice and crisp and green. Rinse the garden peas cold.

In a bowl mix the garden peas with the rocket, oil and (freshly ground) pepper to taste. Remove the pizza from the oven and cut it into 16 squares.

Place the pizza with the arugula and garden peas. Crumble the goat's cheese on top and drop a little honey to taste.
