Baguette with hamburgers and salsa
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, corn granules ((198 g), drained), green pepper (in tiny cubes), black olives (without seeds, in rings), ground cumin (djinten), olive oil with (lemon flavor), lime (scrubbed), shallot (finely chopped), beef tomato (without seeds, in pieces), fresh coriander (finely chopped), olive oil (with garlic chillies), lean (ground beef), proteins (beaten), paprika powder, baguette (thin), green olive tapenade, dried tomatoes (tapenade) and arugula (lettuce).

Crush the corn kernels slightly with a fork. Mix the pieces of paprika and olive with the cumin and oil to taste salt and pepper through the corn kernels.

Allow the flavors of the corn salsa to absorb for at least 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, grate the skin thinly from the lime and squeeze out the fruit. Marinate the shallots for 5 minutes in the lime juice.

Mix the grated lime zest, pieces of tomato, coriander, oil and salt and pepper to taste through the shallot. Allow the flavors to withdraw for at least 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, knead the minced meat with egg white, paprika, 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste. Divide the mixture into 24 equal pieces and shape each into a burger.

Cut the baguette open lengthwise and place the halves side by side on a shelf. Brush one half with olive tapenade and the other with tomato tapenade.

Heat the grill pan and grill the burgers on each side for 3 minutes. Place the burgers on the baguette halves.

Spoon the tomato salsa on the baguette with the olive tapenade and the corn salsa on the bread with the tomato tapenade. Sprinkle the arugula over it.
