Roast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown.

Shape the soft goat's cheese a roll and roll it through the sesame seed.

Cut 8 slices of it. Place it in a paper cup or on a slice of cucumber.

Put half a black prune plum (pruneaux) and drizzle with a few drops of honey.
