Directions

  1. Heat the baking product in a wok or frying pan and fry the minced meat. Crumble the stock cube above and add the curry.
  2. Slide the minced meat mixture to one side, add the onions and fry them until they are translucent. Meanwhile, cook the macaroni with salt al dente.
  3. Make a cucumber salad with a dressing of mayonnaise, vinegar, balsamic vinegar, ginger syrup and freshly ground pepper.
  4. Scoop the cooked macaroni through the minced meat mixture and serve with the cucumber salad.
