Kriel salad with young capuchins
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (pound of cobs, a 500 g), eggs, young capuchins (a 400 g, frozen), Coburger raw ham (in strips), chives ((25 g), finely chopped), lamb's lettuce (75 g), olive oil and white wine vinegar.

Boil the potatoes in water with salt in 15 minutes until done. Drain, allow to cool slightly and halve them.

Meanwhile, boil the eggs in almost 7 minutes. Scare and peel them. Cook the capuchin in 3 minutes until al dente.

Put the potatoes, capuchins, ham, chives and lamb's lettuce in a bowl. Drizzle with oil, vinegar and pepper and salt and spoon. Prepare the eggs with a fork and spread over the salad. Serve lukewarm or cold.
