A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: penne (pasta, bag 500 g), red pepper, olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), vine tomatoes ((5 pieces), in parts), black olives (without pip (a 240 g), drained ) and capers (100 g).

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the pepper into thin strips. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 1 min. Add the pepper and fry for 1 min. Add the tomatoes, olives and capers and stir fry on low heat 3 min.

Add the sauce to the pasta. Serve immediately. Tasty with chopped parsley.
