Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
-
Cut the butter into cubes. Knead the flour, flour, caster sugar, butter, egg and vanilla sugar with cool hands into a smooth dough.
-
Grease the shape. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cover the cake pan with the dough.
-
Provide an upright edge of about 2 cm. Squeeze out the lemon.
-
Split the eggs over a bowl by breaking them in half and collecting the protein in the bowl.
-
Put the egg yolks in a different bowl. Stir in the egg yolks with the caster sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon juice and curd cheese.
-
Beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully fold through the yolk mixture.
-
Pour this mixture onto the bottom in the tart mold and slide it in the middle of the oven. Fry the cheesecake in approx. 50 min. Until done and golden yellow.
-
Put the cheesecake in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
