Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.

Chop the hazelnuts roughly.

Mix the hazelnuts, honey, oil, oatmeal and coconut in a bowl.

Sprinkle the mixture over a griddle covered with parchment paper and grate for approx. 30 minutes. Change every 10 min.

Remove the granola from the oven and allow to cool completely on a rack in 1 hour. Mix the cooled granola with pumpkin seeds and cranberries.

Store in a closed container. You can store the granola for up to 2 weeks. Yummy! .
